- Launching and supporting Railway 200, a user-generated content platform and campaign site to celebrate 200 years of passenger rail travel in Britain
- Exploring user needs and creating a roadmap for IT at a membership organisation
- Technical exploration and WordPress troubleshooting for an education provider
- Leading technology and product for B2B startup Climate Habits, bringing people together at work to act on their personal climate impact
- Producing the digital edition of Community Living magazine, the magazine about learning disability, following a website refresh last year
- Trustee-ing and social/digital marketing for the St Hugh’s Community Centre in Anerley, London
- Being a Non-executive Director of Mangorolla CIC, the parent organisation for I’m A Scientist, connecting thousands of working scientists and school students
Recently
- Digital coaching and mentoring for a handful of people working in agencies and in-house digital teams
- Working on a website redesign for Sorted Communications, a no-nonsense editorial and design agency
- Advisory support for a global development development think tank, to benchmark its website and develop an action plan for improvement
- Redeveloping the website for Wandsworth Community Transport, a charity I’ve worked with for over 20 years
- Working with Delib, a leading digital engagement firm to prototype and test new propositions for its product and skills learning content around consultation
- Website design, development and active support for the Platinum Jubilee and King’s Coronation
- Developing some of the technology behind the map and livestream graphics for the Queue Tracker for Her Majesty the Queen’s Lying-in-State
- Reviewing the processes, capabilities and technologies in use within the London Borough of Hackney to support their use of WordPress, and making recommendations
- Supporting National Maternity Voices to consult online around its new Toolkit for Maternity Voices Partnerships, implement an interactive map and custom CRM system and migrate to new web/email hosting
- Workshopping website strategy and positioning for the True Colours Trust, one of the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts, and helping them translate it into a new website
- Being a guest lecturer and external ‘client’ for the Division of Computer Science and Informatics of the School of Engineering, London South Bank University
